** NOTE: First and foremost we are predominately a WHOLESALE supplier of KOA dealing in large volumes, but we recently opened a store in HONOLULU catering to the walk-in customer and smaller builders. ORDERS LARGE or SMALL welcome! Non-Hawaii customers- please be patient with the one and two board or one or two set orders; we are not properly staffed to fill those orders as timely as we would like but we will do our best to help you find that special piece(s)!

** Please ask to be put on our contact list for species wanted - for example, if you like to use Lychee or Mac Nut, then we will inform you when a few trees become available for sale as lumber (green or kd). Since they are not species that are generally kept on stock we can either actively seek it out and cut if for you, or we can let you know when "interesting" trees become available. Special orders have various requirements - please contact for details.

** All prices are based on a board foot basis. The hardwood industry measure it's wood by the term "board foot". A board foot is equal to the length times the width times the thickness and then divided by 144. All measurements are made in inches. The notation of 4/4 refers to the thickness of the wood which is near 1 inch, and 8/4 which is near 2 inches thick.
